TRS 1:1 Health Coaching: Tracy's Signature Six Month Program begins with an in-depth health history and goal setting. Serving as a supportive mentor and wellness authority, Tracy's approach is personalized for each individual. The Program continues with bi-monthly meetings that help the client tap into the root cause of their imbalance. Practical food and lifestyle changes are shared, supported by regular check-ins via email and text.
TRS Small Group Health Coaching: Assemble a group of 4-6 friends and work on your goals together. Tracy's Small Group Health Coaching takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, which means we’re not just looking at the food on your plate. Meeting twice a month, Tracy will work with the group to look at all the other things that can nourish you – your relationships, spirituality, career – the metaphysical things that can have physical consequences on your body. We call this “primary food,” and the food on your plate is actually “secondary", and those choices are often a result of the "primary food." Practical food and lifestyle changes are shared, supported by regular check-ins via email and text.

You will receive suggestions of replacement products and end the session with a pantry cleared of toxic clutter.

Become an educated consumer by investing in a grocery store tour with Tracy Robb Segal. In this 60 minute session, you'll have Tracy's undivided attention as you walk through your favorite grocery store. Tracy will help you become a food detective and discover hidden ingredients in foods you buy every day. You'll leave the session with a list of healthier alternatives as well as recommendations on where to invest in organic and how to stay on budget.
Cooking Class with TRS: You've made the commitment to cook healthier meals but don't know where to start. Let Tracy host a fun and interactive cooking session that will teach you how to get a healthy meal on the table FAST!
